Wynberg Magistrates court

Dina Rodrigues told the Wynberg magistrates court that she would plead not guilty to the murder of Jordan Leigh Norton.

She told the court that she loved Neil Wilson but that he was more serious about their relationship than she was. Neil Wilson was the father of little baby Jordan.

On advice from her legal representatives she declined to answer questions put to her by State advocate John Ryneveld on whether she had ever contact Jordan Leighs' mother, Natasha what her reaction to the news of baby Jordans death was and how it affected her relationship with Neil Wilson.

During cross-examination she said she had slept over at Neil Wilsons home after being questioned by the murder of the baby.

The state alleged that Dina had hired 4 men to carry out the contract killing of her boyfriends daughter.
