2nd day of bail hearing

During the 2nd day of Dina Rodrigues' bailing hearing in the Wynberg magistrates court, state advocate Johan Ryneveld said to Dina that she had told boyfriend Neil Wilson that the baby is dead and that she paid R10,000 to sort out the problem.

Neil Wilsons had said in a statement that Dina has smsed him after the murder of Jordan asking him to contact her urgently.

Wilson had said she was upset when she confronted him and wanted to know what he was going to do about the problem. He asked her what she meant but she did not elaborate further and when Ryneveld asked her to answer Dina said "no comment"

Ryneveld asked Rodrigues about a courier waybill which was signed by her and found at the Norton home. The prosecuter said a handwriting expert had analysed the waybill and concluded it was the same as the other waybills made out by her at her familys' business.

He also said that an employee of Speed Freight Services would testify that the waybill in question was one of the waybills he had given to Dina. The employee of the courier company had given her 2 extra waybills for delivery notes on June 1. At the time he had only 2 extra and these invoices were invoice numbers ending with 48 and 49. He said the waybill found on the package at the scene of the crime and which was used to gain entrance into the Nortons; house ended in 49.

Dina Rodrigues declined to comment on any of the allegations.
