Dina gets R20,000 bail

Neil Wilson had a two month relationship with baby Jordans mother and it was during this time that baby Jordan was conceived. By the time baby Jordans mother realised she was pregnant she was in a new relationship and believed the baby to have been conceived by the man she was in a relationship with at the time.

Wynberg magistrate Hasiefa Mohamed said she was concerned about a number of unanswered questions relating to the States' evidence against Dina.

She said it was unclear why Neil agreed to delete incriminating messages from Dina to his cellphone, why police could find no trace of such messages and why it took him 4 days to tell the police of Dinas' murder confession to him. The magistrate also advised the police to take a closer look at the role played by Jordans biological father Neil Wilson.

The magistrate said Dina had come across as a confident and calm wintess and she had also recieved exceptional references from her school and former employers.

She was released on R20,000 bail but was instructed to have no contact with State witnesses which included former boyfriend Neil Wilson and friend Arendene Fourie.
