Three man accused with Dina Rodrigues of murdering Jordan Leigh Norton have been denied bail as they face a long sentence if found guilty and this could lead them to run away if set free on bail. They youth could not apply for bail as he was serving a 5 yr sentence for an unrelated matter.
The High Court trial would begin in February 2006.
