Neil Wilson one of main witnesses against Dina July 2005

During Dinas' bail hearing it emerged that Neil is one of the main witnesses in the States' case against Dina Rodrigues.

He is thought to be going to tesityf that Dina had told him that she was responsible for organising the murder of baby Jordan and that there was no evidence to connect her to the crime.

State advocate also told her that Neil would testify that she had slept over at his place after they were questioned by police, but that he had later broken up with her telephonically because of her part in Jordans murder. He also said that Neil claimed to be scared of her and was disgusted after she had told him about her "solving the problem"

Several call had also been made to the Nortons' home a few days prior to the murder and these were traced to Dina Rodrigues' office phone.

The uncle of the murdered baby would also testify that he received a call from a woman with a high-pitched voiced on the day before Jordan was killed. The woman said that a package would be delivered to the Nortons home the following day. This call was traced to Rodrigues' place of work.
